Day 2: Frittata Vegetable Make a frittata using eggs, diced bell peppers, onions, tomatoes, and mushrooms. Add parsley or basil for taste. 

Day 3: Egg-Veggie Breakfast Burrito Add scrambled eggs, sautéed bell peppers, onions, and black beans on a whole grain tortilla. Add salsa, Greek yogurt, or avocado slices. 

Day 4: Egg. Cheese. Breakfast Sandwich Layer whole grain English muffins or bagel with scrambled or fried eggs and melted cheese. Sliced tomato, spinach, or avocado add flavor and nutrients. 

Egg and Spinach Breakfast Wrap, Day 5 Add scrambled eggs, spinach, and tomatoes on a whole wheat wrap. For spice, drizzle with hot sauce or salsa. 

Omelette with mushrooms and goat cheese, day 6. Fold delicate mushrooms into a fluffy omelette with creamy goat cheese. Serve with baked potatoes or mixed greens. 

Day 7: Egg-Veggie Breakfast Bowl Add sautéed greens, roasted sweet potatoes, cherry tomatoes, and a poached egg to cooked quinoa or brown rice. Add tahini or sriracha for taste.
