Case alleges Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs' son sexually assaulted lady on yacht.

Los Angeles— Sean “Diddy” Combs is a co-defendant in a lawsuit alleging that his son Christian “King” sexually raped a lady working on his yacht.

The action filed Thursday in Los Angeles Superior Court claims Sean Combs caused the assault and paid to cover it up. It's the latest complaint accusing the producer and music entrepreneur of sexual assault and follows Homeland Security's raid of his Los Angeles and Miami properties last week for a federal sex trafficking probe.

Grace O'Marcaigh, a boat crew member and bartender, says Christian Combs persuaded her to consume tequila she believes was contaminated with narcotics in late December 2022. He touched her breasts and genitals and tried to force oral sex, the suit claims.

The  rarely names sexual assault victims unless they come forward, like O'Marcaigh has. She agreed to be named by her lawyers. Aaron Dyer, Sean and Christian Combs' attorney, termed the complaint “lewd and meritless.” Dyer stated that he will move to dismiss this absurd assertion.

Dyer termed what led to last week's raids “nothing more than a witch hunt based on meritless accusations made in civil lawsuits.” Sean Combs, who chartered the yacht for the holidays in 2022, “had full control of the staff and premises” and supported her assault. O'Marcaigh, 25, alleged Christian Combs, 24, appeared inebriated and gave her improper attention when he arrived late one night.

She stated the two were in a ship's music studio, where producer Rodney Jones, who sued in February, was directed to work on Sean Combs' next record 24/7. In the claim, O'Marcaigh said Christian Combs made her drink tequila shots, so she did.

The suit claims he grew increasingly aggressive, violently seizing her arm as she sought to escape and touching her. The suit claims the alcohol blurred everything rapidly. Jones was instructed to videotape their conversation, and the lawsuit contains a transcript of O'Marcaigh demanding that Christian Combs stop touching her.

The suit claims that he continued the assault in the ship's movie theater, which was utilized as a spare sleeping area and where she was trying to find a place to stay because all the rooms were taken, until another crew member stopped him. O'Marcaigh informed the yacht's captain of the assault the following morning, but she claims that after Combs handed him a lot of money, the skipper did nothing.

The suit alleges that O'Marcaigh was fired in retribution and has since been unable to find work in the music sector, where she wanted to work. It claims she has undergone serious emotional trauma since 2022. The lawsuit seeks trial-determined damages.

In 2022, Christian Combs' “Can't Stop Won't Stop” with Kodak Black topped Billboard's Mainstream R&B Hip-Hop charts. He and his brother were handcuffed but not jailed during last week's searches at their father's Los Angeles home.

Producer Jones' February federal case, filed by Tyrone Blackburn, the same attorney as O'Marcaigh's, alleges that Sean Combs forced him to solicit prostitutes and have sex with them. Dyer said the latest lawsuit is “filled with the same kind of manufactured lies and irrelevant facts we’ve come to expect from Blackburn.”

In a separate lawsuit on Wednesday, U.S. District Judge Denise L. Cote criticized Blackburn and referred him to a disciplinary committee for his “pattern of behavior” of “improperly filing cases in federal court to garner media attention, embarrass defendants with salacious allegations, and pressure defendants to settle quickly.”

In an email, Blackburn said “a referral is not a sanction” and Combs' lawyer's statement was an attempt to “deflect and distract.” “We have it on tape,” Blackburn stated of Christian Combs' sexual assault of Ms. O'Marcaigh. The music and business magnate has been closely watched since Cassie, his former apprentice and girlfriend, sued him in November for years of sexual abuse, including rape. It was resolved the next day.

All lawsuit claims have been disputed by Combs and his counsel. Three-time Grammy winner and Bad Boy Records founder Combs is one of the most important hip-hop producers and executives of the past 30 years. He expanded his hip-hop empire into private-label spirits, fashion, and TV.
