Maintain a Healthy Weight: Aim to achieve and maintain a healthy weight through a balanced diet and regular physical activity. Losing excess weight, particularly abdominal fat, can help reduce the risk of prostate cancer and other obesity-related conditions. 

Adopt a Healthy Diet: Eat a diet rich in fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and lean proteins while limiting intake of processed foods, sugary beverages, and high-fat foods. Consuming a variety of nutrient-dense foods can help support overall health and reduce cancer risk. 

Engage in Regular Physical Activity: Exercise regularly to help maintain a healthy weight and reduce the risk of prostate cancer. Aim for at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity aerobic activity or 75 minutes of vigorous-intensity activity each week, along with muscle-strengthening exercises on two or more days per week.
