Practical Tips for Repairing Damaged Hair

Trim Regularly: Regular trims are essential for getting rid of split ends and preventing further damage. Aim to trim your hair every 6-8 weeks to keep it healthy and free from split ends. 

Use a Gentle Shampoo: Choose a sulfate-free, moisturizing shampoo that is gentle on your hair and scalp. Avoid shampoos with harsh chemicals that can strip away natural oils and further damage the hair. 

Deep Condition Regularly: Use a deep conditioning treatment or hair mask once a week to moisturize and nourish your hair. Look for products containing ingredients like argan oil, coconut oil, shea butter, or keratin to help repair and strengthen damaged hair.
